We now find ourselves in a new world due to COVID-19. As we move forward and begin to welcome our guests and team members back to our hotels and restaurants, the journey will be further tailored with precautionary hygiene protocols directed by the local health organizations and government authorities within each of our destinations. You are our family, and we remain resolute in striving to continually provide to you our Nobu guest experience through our heartfelt kokoro service.
At Nobu Hotel Marbella the wellbeing of our guests and team is our highest priority, so we have developed and adapted our operations as needed, and implemented full health and safety training so that all hygiene measures are in accordance with the World Health Organisation guidelines, to ensure that you can relax and have the most enjoyable experience possible.
We have implemented the following precautionary measures, in accordance with the Health Alert and Emergency Co-ordination Centre (CCAES) and the Spanish Ministry of Public Health.
We also understand that flexibility is paramount for all, at the time of planning future travel, so to provide our trusted guests peace of mind we have introduced a more flexible cancellation policy. During 2020, guests may change or cancel their stay free of charge with 48 hours’ notice prior to arrival.
